There are several potential reasons why the errors are showing.

G78;Payment classification error
The error is usually shown when you choose installment payment and your card is not eligible for the installment payment. Please contact the Credit Card company or choose “single” to proceed.

G908; Authorization requests from the same transaction code exceed the fixed number.
You failed to make a payment a few times and exceeded the attempted numbers.
The link is temporarily inaccessible due to the security system.
The link will be accessible again after a few days.
Contact us to have a new payment link or wait for a few days.

9999; Processing 3DS authorization request verification is failed.
It is shown when you enter the wrong 3D Secure password.
It is not either a security code or a PIN code (CVV).

There are two reasons when the link does not open. (just white screen is displayed)
1. The payment link expires.
It will be valid for two weeks from the date of issue.
2. Your payment went through.
Once you successfully make a payment, you are no longer able to access the link.
This is to avoid paying twice.

We ship the products with UPS.
It will be by air.

Depending on where you live, customs offices in your country may impose fees, import duties or any other taxes incurred in the country.

Questions about RS201

As SB-01 (high ridigity plastic) is longer, it allows the dough to be rolled out longer.
Therefore, it is more for puff pastry dough.

We recommend SB-02 (artificial marble) to those who make tart, cookies and pie because they need more accuracy in thickness.
The more solid and hard the board is, the better accuracy it will result in.

The thickness can be adjusted, 0~27mm.
0~2mm (by 0.5mm), 2~27mm (by 2.5mm)

Yes, it is detachable and washable.

<When the stains stand out>
Use mild detergent mixed with lukewarm water and pat the stain with a cloth. 

<When you clean a bag>  ※Hand wash is recommended
Wash a bag by hand with a mild detergent mixed with lukewarm water. 
Wash away the detergent with cold water thoroughly.
※Please avoid using a dryer or dehydrator.

<Drying method>
Lay a bag flat to dry in a well-ventilated place.
Make sure to avoid direct sunlight.

Note: the bag may shrink, even following the above instruction, when exposed to water.
